DFA 1: Ball Bounce General Approach Demo

Below are the Demo from last night (sorry for the poor quality as I only had a little bit o' space left this week on Vimeo) and a couple of obvious examples of ball bounces in characters.

Be sure to stay loose but accurate, use your arm and not your wrist or fingers, make the challenge be about how to best time the animation so that it "feels" like a rubber ball, "feels" like a dense, heavy ball while concentrating on keeping the volumes consistent.

Happy Animating!

In Between/Assisting Demo

Drawing for Animation1 In Between Demo from Joseph Merideth on Vimeo.

Here is part of the In Between/Rough Assist Demo I did a couple weeks ago to remind you how to do this weeks assignment and what I will be looking for.

The 2 main things I will be looking for are:
1.) How well you read and interpret the timing chart.
2.) That you completed the X-Sheet properly.

don't forget that if you have questions don't hesitate to email me.

happy animating!!!
